The Museum of Dartmoor Life is spread over three floors which delve into the history of how people who resided on or around Dartmoor throughout the centuries. It is situated in an early nineteenth century mill and shows how the moorland has shaped individuals' and the community's lives in the same way that their work has shaped the moorland. The Museum provides continuous displays, events and tours throughout the season. Look out for the blue Discovery Zone signs; they indicate that there is something to examine, explore or discover around that spot.
