This fantastic museum tells the story of Oxford and it's people in two different spaces where you can explore the city's past and present. In the past room part of the museum you will learn all about the cities past and how it has developed. There are many objects that you will see ranging from Roman pottery to marmalade jars. In the present there are four virtual high-speed bikes that take you north, south, east and west from the Town Hall taking in the city's highlights. Throughout the year there’s a range of temporary exhibitions and there’s family events planned, visit their website for the latest.

The museum is located in Oxford Town Hall in the City Centre. If arriving by car it's advisable to use one of the many Park & Ride services.
