A ten acre garden built in 1924, founded by Thomas William Simpson and featuring a blend of Italian and Japanese garden designs, along with more traditional British themes such as the heather gardens. Other attractions include a model railway, tea room and craft shop. The gardens are stunning and highly regarded as one of the most important historic gardens in England.
