Bassetlaw Museum is a fantastic place to visit with the family, where you will learn all about the history of North Nottinghamshire. Many of the rooms in this Georgian house have been restored to their 1800 decor. There are many changing exhibits in the gallery, as well as an array of displays depicting the local history of the area.

Directions
Take the A1 south from Doncaster. The A1(m) will change to the A1 then take the first turning left on to the A634. Continue south-east to Retford following the A634 then the A638. The museum is located on the A638 just after you pass the A620.
