After paying the admission fee and purchasing food and a drink for my child I was later refused a glass of tap water. The Manager informed me that the director of Planet Play refuses to provide dehydrated children with the most basic of needs. I was offered a bottle of water for 29p but did not have any money after already paying for the admission, food and drink. I understand that is not a legal requirement to provide tap water, but choosing not to is immoral.
The large signage both outside and inside the premises forbids any food and drink not purchased within Planet Play; so you cannot even bring your own water.
Planet Play needs to follow in the footsteps of every other soft play that we have ever visited (in Bury, Bolton, Manchester and other locations) and supply tap water when it is requested; or at the very least permit you to bring your own water.
This is a serious concern and an extreme lack of judgement; potentially affecting our children's well-being.

My kids loved it here, aged 2 & 6. Lovely and clean.
