A great farm attraction and tea room to bring the family for a couple of hours. Outdoors there’s a large play area with an assault course to tackle, swings, go karts and even ride on tractors for the smaller kids. You can also meet a bunch of friendly farm animals including, pigs, sheep, cows and even ducks and chickens that you can feed.

Wheelock Farm is local to me and I visit frequently. Although my daughter is now grown up, the £3.50 entry charge for their purpose built, big adventure playground is in my opinion well worth it.
The tea room is fab but the farm shop is brilliant. Food wise, it mainly focuses on fresh produce - if only more people would use farm shops instead of buying their fresh produce from the big chain supermarkets! They also have an excellent selection of baking and homewares and a superb card section (I buy all my greetings cards from them!)
lovely place with a friendly vibe, yummy ice creams and plenty to do for a half day out.
