This wonderful sanctuary is set right by the sea in the beautiful Devon countryside and provides a lovely home to many rescued donkeys. Make lots of new friends and give them some cuddles- the gentle animals always like meeting new people. In the surrounding grounds there are numerous walking trails for the family to follow no matter your age every will enjoy the stunning views of the countryside.

The Hayloft Restaurant is situated in the heart of the Sanctuary, they serve a lovely range of snacks and meals for you and the family to enjoy after a long day at the sanctuary. You can also pack a picnic as there are so many lovely places around the farm for you to sit down and relax with the sun shining.Baby Friendly?

Directions
If you are travelling on the A35 from the east, get off at the A3052 just before Lyme Regis and follow the road. Then turn left on to Dunscombe Lane which is 1.9 miles before Sidford and take the 3rd exit on the roundabout and the sanctuary is on the next left.

Brilliant day out for everyone! My son has additional needs and we visited the Elizabeth Slade Centre here. They do some fantastic work. Great little cafe too!
