About This AttractionSuggest an Edit
Established in 1984, this brilliant museum tells the story of Operation Overload from 1940 to victory in Normandy in 1944. The main part of the museum is the Overload Embroidery, which is a a moving tribute to the service of the Allies and the sacrifices they made in defeating Nazi Germany. With the displays on offer, you'll be taken back in time, experiencing the sights and sounds of battle including the air-raid warden's living room during the Blitz. All this and many more informative displays and exhibits makes this day out fun and educational for the whole family.
