This superb museum tells the story of the multi billion pound China Clay industry. Learn all about the men, woman and children who lived and worked in the shadow of the clay tips around St Austell. There are interactive displays making interpretation easy no matter you age, you also get to view the modern day clay mine and enjoy the surrounding 26 acres of woodland, nature trails and there is a play area for the kids to let off some steam.
