We visited yesterday on our way home from Birmingham. The staff were very friendly and polite (definitely a positive), however that's where the good stuff ends. The facility was dirty, in fact I'd say filthy , and I don't just mean food on the floor from 'that day'. We were disappointed with the play areas too - slides not that big (from the description we expected bigger and better). Put your prices up and improve the cleanliness and facilities I say. Take a look at Cheeky Monkeys/Imagination Street in Worcester and Redditch for examples of good/clean/fun indoor soft play.
