The MAD (Mechanical Art & Design) Museum showcases Kinetic Art and Automata and is the only permanent exhibition of its kind in the UK . It attracts artists from all over the world. For the uninitiated, the museum is a mix of futuristic mechanisms with amazing creativity and ingenuity. All the family will enjoy stepping into an eccentric world of moving art exploring over 100 far fetched designs and quirky contraptions, some very modern and some old fashioned. There is plenty of interactive fun on offer and is the perfect place for any family members who share a love of physics!
