About This AttractionSuggest an Edit
ShelterBox is Cornwall’s most unique attraction. You’ll discover a Cornish charity that provides emergency shelter for families who’ve lost their home to disaster. 2020 marks 20 years of ShelterBox. Discover our story at ShelterBox Disaster Relief Visitor Centre in the heart of Truro where you’ll find out what it takes to respond to disasters around the world. There’s lots to do for all ages and a visit is the perfect solution to a rainy Cornish day. Packing a ShelterBox is a family favourite activity, and you’re welcome to step inside our tents and shelters, get your hands on aid items like water filters, solar lights and more.
