This delightful village was made even more famous by the recent TV drama 'Broadchurch' The church that was featured is now a discovery centre and is full of fascinating displays all about West Bay's heritage. This includes the former ship building the area was famous for as well as fishing, the rise of tourism in the area and the very famous Jurassic Coast. To engage the kids there are hands-on interactive activities that are fun and informative.

Directions
From Dorchester heading west towards Bridport at 1st roundabout take the 1st exit and at 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit into West Bay. From Axminster heading east towards Bridport at the first roundabout take the 4th exit into West Bay.
