This centre is an absolutely brilliant place to bring kids for an entertaining and educational experience exploring ancient times from The Stone Age, Bronze Age, Iron Age and the Viking era plus a few more! There are full scale building projects and opportunities to learn about and join in with traditional crafts and other skills from life in the past. Marvel at the reconstruction of the Viking Longhouse, listen to storytelling in the Earthouse and imagine what it was like to live in an Iron Age Roundhouse. Although largely geared towards children visiting on a school trip there are plans afoot to open to the public very soon. However, there are amazing events on offer that anyone can attend so check the website for full details. You won't be disappointed!

Directions
The ATC is found by driving through the village on the Damerham road. Turn left at the Middle School. There is a narrow tarmac track that leads up past the school to the centre itself.
