This small museum is just outside the Great Hall of Winchester Castle; it has displays on the rich history of Winchester, including medieval armour, weapons and household objects. There are great views over the high street and also the surrounding countryside. The museum has activities to keep the children happy including a spotter quiz, brass rubbings and suits of armour to try on.
