Barricane Beach is just half a mile from Woolacombe main beach. It's known well for it's rock pools, which the kids will love to explore - but check the tide times before going as the beach is unreachable at high tide. The beach is famous for finding exotic sea shells, which are transported by the gulf stream and cannot be found anywhere else in the UK!
