This house was given to the National Trust with a great collection. You will see one man's remarkable collection of antique furniture, ceramics, textiles and paintings from a 300-year period. Inside you will see history spanning over 2000 years from the Roman road in the cellar to the Edwardian servants quarters in the attic and you will learn of the numerous ghost stories. There are events held throughout the year and there is a children's quiz/trail.
