The family can learn all about farming at this superb museum. Learn all about how livestock were kept and even look at a recreated dairy and blacksmiths forge. With interactive features and farm animals that you can meet including goats, pigs, ponies and sheep there’s plenty to keep the kids occupied. During the summer holidays you will also be able to explore the Viking Village and Roman Forts where you might meet some costumed characters. There’s even a playground for the kids to enjoy with lots of fun obstacles and even toy tractors to drive.
